Coping with Hospital
Well..... Reason for not blogging for so long is that I have been admitted to hospital after suffering severe muscle spasms and one was that bad that my heart rate jumped to 150 then dropped to 60! during one spasm so really it has been a crazy few months health wise.
But I'm blogging from my hospital bed as I got a suprise visit from my dad and sister today as I'm in a hospital away from home so It's the firsjt time I have seen them since the 21st november, missing them like crazy and still in hospital till the 17th or so in the rehab ward re-building my muscles and getting use to the the new anti spasmotic medication that I am now on as one of the big side effects is tiredness... I have to be proud though that this is my FIRST permanent med in my life....
The nursing staff are great here and it I have been working so hard in rehab, but with it heading into the weekend us patients wil get a bit of a break from the hectic rehab resheme so I will have time to write my little heart out and tell you all that has been going on.
