Casting Week 2-3

Casting Week 1Garrett has tolerated his cast better than we expected.  Infact, with no problem at all.  He wears them for 6 days, his mom takes them off and he has about a 24 hour break from them. This is being done in conjunction with HBOT in our home soft chamber twice a day. At the beginning of his third week his left foot is now at nuetral and his right foot is at 90 degrees which is huge for him.  His ham strings also not near as tight when standing flat footed.  He begins Intensive Physical Therapy next week.  This is the same therapy that helped him learn to walk at age 2 ~ inspite of therapist and doctor's ali...

It's finally happening

Wow, it's finally happening. Words can not express thanks enough to Nathan and the team over at Bridgeworks Creative that have worked tirelessly to help me make this a reality. I've never written a blog before, so this will be a new experience for me. My journey started with the birth of my grandson Garrett.
