Madison and her sister are my adopted daughters. I also have 4 older children and 9 grandchildren!
This is about Madison. She was born at 24 weeks, had a brain bleed and a sezuire. She also had to be resuscitated at birth. Madison came to live with us when she was 18 months old. She was severly neglected by her birth mom who did as little as possible to care for this sweet child. When Madison came to live with us every thing she had was dirty or stained!
She has CP, Scolosis, GERD, Sezuires, Microcephaly, Vision Impaired and Has sever Global Delays.. She can not sit, crawl, talk, walk or see very well. However she is a very sweet and loving lil gal. She is 7 months developmently and mentally.
Madison's sezuires returned this past March and she had to have emergency shunt replacement in July, at first when I did not know what was going on with her it was very scary..
She is in PPCD at school (pre school program for children with disabilities) and has OT/PT/ST 2 times a week. She likes toys that light up and play music.
